About me

Hey, I'm Binky! Most of my freelance experience comes from short films and documentaries, but I can also dive into and enjoy a fast-paced and jumpy edit, as one might expect from my showreel.

When I first learned how movies were made, I hyper-fixated on video production: I wrote and filmed vlogs, learned how to use Sony Vegas Pro through YouTube tutorials, and made multiple attempts at a short film- I was so inspired, all I wanted to do was learn and create.Since then, I have co-edited and solo-edited 2 documentaries, and 2 short films; one of which was in the official selection of multiple film festivals. In the past year, I worked with a non-profit organization as a science communication intern, editing and writing some of their content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. To finish the internship, I'm currently editing a documentary for one of their ongoing projects.
